Event Code of Conduct
Chef's Table Festival 2026
A welcoming table for everyone.
CTP Travel Experiences LLC is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and professional environment where every attendee is treated with dignity and courtesy. This Code of Conduct sets the baseline expectations for behavior at our event and will be upheld at the sole discretion of event organizers.
Who This Applies To
These guidelines apply to everyone present at the event — staff, attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, and volunteers alike. By participating, each individual agrees to uphold these standards. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a respectful, professional, and safe atmosphere for all.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Harassment in any form — whether physical, verbal, or emotional — will not be tolerated. The following behaviors are considered violations, though this list is not exhaustive:
- Threatening, intimidating, or deliberately excluding others
- Unwanted following, stalking, or monitoring
- Photography or recording that is intrusive or unwelcome
- Repeated interruption or disruption of sessions and programming
- Unwanted or inappropriate physical contact
- Unsolicited sexual advances or attention
- Offensive remarks targeting gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or technology preferences
- Language that demeans, degrades, or belittles any individual or group
Additional conduct not specifically listed here may still be considered a violation at the discretion of event staff. All participants are expected to comply promptly with any directions given by staff to protect the safety and comfort of others.
Drink Responsibly
Chef's Table Festival is a celebration of culinary and beverage culture, and we encourage guests to savor the experience thoughtfully. Alcohol service is available exclusively to guests aged 21 and older. We ask that all guests drink in moderation and remain mindful of their own limits and those around them.
Our staff have the authority to decline service to any guest showing signs of intoxication. Guests who are visibly impaired may be asked to exit the event. Any disruptive conduct linked to alcohol use will be treated as a Code of Conduct violation and subject to the same enforcement actions.

If you experience or observe harassment, or have any concerns about the conduct of another participant, please notify a staff member right away. You can also reach us through the following channels:
- In person: Any Festival Ambassador
