Programming, Scheduling, and Event Modifications
The Event programming, including but not limited to participating chefs, culinary experiences, meal pairings, educational panels, brand activations, venues, dates, times, and event schedules, is subject to change at any time without prior notice in CTP Travel Experiences LLC's sole discretion. CTP Travel Experiences LLC reserves the right to add, modify, substitute, or cancel any programming, event, experience, chef participation, or other aspect of the Event at any time. A full programming calendar will be released prior to the Event; however, CTP Travel Experiences LLC does not guarantee that any specific chef, restaurant, venue, experience, or event will be available or included in the final Event programming. Ticket holders acknowledge that the Event involves a personalized curation and selection process, and that individual itineraries may vary based on availability, preferences submitted, ticket tier, and other factors as determined by CTP Travel Experiences LLC. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided due to changes in programming, scheduling, or the unavailability of any particular chef, experience, or event.
No one under 21 is permitted at the Event, including infants and small children in child carriers. This policy pertains to all portions of the Events including demonstrations, seminars, and similar events.
Resale of passes is not permitted and passes are non-transferable.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to any scheduled event. If you are unable to attend an event due to late arrival or any other reason, no refunds or make-goods will be provided.
Please drink responsibly.

Participants shall comply at all times during the Event with the Chef's Table Festival Code of Conduct (as published by CTP Travel Experiences LLC and updated from time to time in CTP Travel Experiences LLC's sole discretion).
All participants—staff, attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, and volunteers—at the Event are required to agree to and abide by this Event Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this Code throughout the Event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a professional, respectful, welcoming, and safe environment for all participants.

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event will be assessed a cancellation fee. Cancellation of Consumer and Trade passes will be assessed a $250.00 cancellation fee that will be applied to each pass purchased. Cancellations made within 90 days of the Event will be completely non-refundable.

The Event will operate rain or shine. If the Event is cancelled for any reason, as determined by CTP Travel Experiences LLC in its sole and absolute discretion, CTP Travel Experiences LLC may reschedule the Event for a future date or offer a credit for a future Chef's Table Festival.
